An organization is like a puzzle, with each person a piece that fits snugly to make up the whole. It doesn’t work the other way around, and you can’t fit a round peg into a square hole. In order to achieve the greatest value and success from a team, an organization should help individuals identify what they’re really meant to do and how best they can excel in that area. The best leaders know how to apply those unique attributes to the universal goals that will help a company thrive.
